The purpose of this guide
Ohio public-record access is useful only when the right custodian is identified. Henry County Busted Mugshots is privately run. It has no affiliation with a sheriff’s office, jail, corrections department, court, or other government body in Ohio. A government custodian, not this site, determines what an official record says and whether it may be released.
